Does This Sound Familiar?
Your Athlete Is Capable
of More. They Know It Too.
- Overthinks during games and can't stay present
- Loses confidence quickly after one mistake
- Gets emotionally stuck and can't shake a bad at-bat
- Feels the weight of pressure from coaches and recruiting
- Knows they're capable of more — but can't access it
- Plays tight when the game is on the line
The problem isn't their talent or their effort.
The problem is that no one has ever taught them how to handle what happens inside their head.
Coached by Someone Who Lived It
My Name Is Chad Hermansen.
I was a first-round draft pick of the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1995 and played six seasons in Major League Baseball.
And I struggled. Deeply.
Pressure. Expectations. Confidence that disappeared the moment things got hard.
I had all the talent in the world — and I spent years getting in my own way.
Nobody taught me how to handle the mental side of the game.
I had to learn it the hard way, long after my career ended.
Today I coach travel ball, high school, and college athletes to build the mental tools I wish I had at their age.
This is practical mental training from someone who played the game, struggled with it, and finally figured it out.
